These Terms explain the rules for using QuietLadder, what stays yours, what QuietLadder needs to operate the service, and the limits that apply when you use the product.

QuietLadder accounts may be accessed through Google sign-in or through email and password using Supabase Auth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the credentials or connected account you use to access QuietLadder and for any activity that occurs under your account.
You keep ownership of the content you create in QuietLadder, including tasks, notes, category labels, and related dashboard data.
By using the service, you grant QuietLadder a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process that content solely as needed to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service for you.
You are responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring that you have the right to use and store it in QuietLadder.
QuietLadder and its underlying software, visual design, branding, interfaces, and content are owned by QuietLadder or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service itself. QuietLadder grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.
QuietLadder relies on third-party services to operate parts of the product, including Supabase for authentication, hosted infrastructure, and synced dashboard storage, and Google if you choose Google sign-in.
Your use of third-party services may also be governed by those providers' own terms, policies, and rules. QuietLadder is not responsible for third-party services it does not control directly.
QuietLadder may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. QuietLadder will try to operate the service reliably, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
If QuietLadder introduces paid plans, subscriptions, or other commercial features in the future, those charges will be subject to additional pricing and billing terms presented before any payment is required.
You may stop using QuietLadder at any time. QuietLadder may suspend or terminate access if it reasonably believes you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, or used the service in a harmful way.
QuietLadder may also remove or disable content where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, or maintain the service. Provisions that should survive termination by their nature will continue to apply after access ends.
QuietLadder is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. QuietLadder does not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every workflow.
QuietLadder is a productivity tool, not medical, mental health, or emergency support. You should not rely on QuietLadder as a substitute for professional advice or critical reminders where failure could cause harm.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuietLadder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuietLadder's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid QuietLadder for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $100.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and QuietLadder regarding the service, except for any additional terms that apply to future paid features or specific offerings.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will remain in effect. QuietLadder's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of its right to do so later.
QuietLadder may update these Terms as the service evolves. The revised Terms become effective when they are posted on this page, and continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
